1. Notice
Most catering orders need 48 hours notice. Events of 100 guests or more need one week.
2. Minimums
The Lunch Buffet requires 15 guests and the Fiesta Package requires 25 guests. Trays have no minimum.
3. Deposits and payment
Orders over $300 require a 50% deposit to confirm the date. The balance is due on delivery. We accept cash and major cards.
4. Changes
Headcount may be changed up to 24 hours before the event. Increases are subject to availability.
5. Cancellations
Cancel 48 hours or more ahead for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours keep 50% of the deposit. Same day cancellations are not refundable because food has already been prepared.
6. Delivery
Delivery windows are 30 minutes. Delays caused by traffic or weather are communicated as soon as we know. Someone must be present to receive the order.
7. Food safety
Hot food should be eaten within two hours of delivery or kept above 135°F. We are not responsible for food held longer.
