1. Common allergens in our kitchen
Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
2. Cross contact
We share cooking surfaces, fryers and utensils. Even when an item does not contain an allergen, cross contact may occur. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen free.
3. Tell us first
Please tell the cashier about any allergy before ordering, and mention it on catering requests. We will share ingredient details and suggest options.
4. Raw or undercooked food
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
